Where do you deliver?
All of Peshawar, including Hayatabad, University Town, Saddar, Gulbahar, Regi, Warsak Road and the Cantonment. Order before 2pm for delivery the same evening. Outside Peshawar we ship cultures (grains and SCOBY) by courier; drinks and yogurt are Peshawar-only because they must stay cold.
How much is delivery?
Rs 150 within Peshawar, free on orders over Rs 2,500. Pickup from Hayatabad is free.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, debit or credit card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Paying by wallet saves Rs 50.
How long do the drinks last?
Keep them in the fridge. Kombucha is best within 3 weeks and kefir and kefir yogurt within 7 days of the “brewed on” date printed on each bottle. Kimchi and sauerkraut keep for 2 months refrigerated.
Is kombucha alcoholic? Is it halal?
Kombucha is fermented, so it contains a very small trace of alcohol, as vinegar and some breads do. We keep ours short-brewed and chilled, which keeps that trace low. Our ingredients contain no animal products other than milk.
What if my SCOBY or grains don’t work?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement. See the Delivery & Returns page for details.
Can I pause or change my weekly refill?
Yes. Message us before Thursday 8pm to skip, pause, swap flavours or stop. There is no minimum term.
Do you sell to cafés and shops?
Yes. We supply kombucha on a weekly schedule and can brew private-label batches. Email hello@kefirbuy.com or use the contact form.
Are your products pasteurised?
No. Everything is raw and live, which is the point. If you are pregnant or immunocompromised, please check with your doctor before drinking raw fermented products.
