Who we are

Kefir Buy is a small-batch fermentation business based in Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Contact: hello@kefirbuy.com.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately as shown at checkout.
• An order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation on screen and by SMS. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area, and will refund any prepayment in full.
• Prices and products can change; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

Payment

Cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer are accepted. Prepaid orders receive the discount shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders that are repeatedly refused may require prepayment for future orders.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We will do our best to deliver in the slot you choose and will text you if we are running late. Our Delivery & Returns page forms part of these terms.

Live and raw products

• Our drinks, yogurt, kimchi and sauerkraut are raw, live and unpasteurised. Keep them refrigerated and consume by the date on the label. Bottles may build pressure; open them slowly over a sink.
• Kombucha contains a trace of alcohol from fermentation, typically well under 0.5%.
• Cultures are living organisms. Follow the included guide. Our live culture guarantee is described on the Delivery & Returns page.

Health notice

Our products are food, not medicine, and we make no medical claims. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, immunocompromised or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before consuming raw fermented products. Milk kefir and kefir yogurt contain dairy.

Weekly refill

The weekly refill is a rolling arrangement with no minimum term. Changes, skips and cancellations must reach us by Thursday 8pm for the coming Saturday. Prices for refill customers are locked for 3 months from the start date.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that are safe and as described. We are not liable for loss caused by storing products outside a fridge, consuming them after the label date, or using cultures other than as instructed. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan.

Content and trademarks

The Kefir Buy name, logo, photographs and brewing guides are ours. You may share them for personal, non-commercial use with credit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Peshawar. We would much rather sort things out with you directly first.
