What we collect

• Your name, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver and confirm orders.
• Your order history and refill preferences.
• Messages you send us by email or the contact form.
• Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited, device type). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and confirm orders and refills.
• To reply to questions and send delivery updates by SMS.
• To send our weekly flavour message, only if you opted in. Unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our products and website.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to fulfil your order: our delivery riders, courier partners for out-of-city shipments, and payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) when you pay ahead. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 12 months for accounting and to handle replacements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by using the contact form or emailing hello@kefirbuy.com.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We handle personal data in line with the applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016.
