Delivery, returns and replacements.

Delivery in Peshawar

• Order before 2pm for delivery the same evening, between 4pm and 9pm. Orders after 2pm go out the next day.
• Delivery is Rs 150, free over Rs 2,500. Weekly refill boxes always ship free.
• We deliver to all of Peshawar. Drinks travel in insulated bags with ice packs and are handed over cold.
• If nobody is home, the rider will call. We can leave the bag with a neighbour or guard if you tell us in advance; we cannot leave cold products unattended.

Shipping outside Peshawar

• Milk kefir grains, water kefir grains, SCOBY kits and starter kits ship by courier anywhere in Pakistan (2 to 4 working days) for Rs 350. Cultures are packed in fresh food and travel well for up to 5 days.
• Kombucha, kefir, kefir yogurt, kimchi and sauerkraut are not shipped outside Peshawar, because they must stay refrigerated.

Live culture guarantee

If your SCOBY or grains do not become active within 14 days of delivery, send us a photo through the contact form and a short note on how you brewed. We will troubleshoot with you first; if the culture is dead, we send a replacement free of charge, once per order.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Check your bag when it arrives. If a bottle is leaking or broken, or an item is wrong or missing, tell the rider or message us within 24 hours with a photo. We will replace it on the next delivery or refund that item.

Returns and refunds

• Because our products are fresh food, we cannot accept returns once delivered.
• Refunds for damaged, wrong or missing items are paid within 3 working days to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account, or credited to your next order if you prefer.
• Cash-on-delivery orders can be refused at the door for any reason before payment.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge by messaging us until 2pm on the delivery day. Weekly refill deliveries can be skipped until Thursday 8pm for Saturday delivery.
